We purchased this unit from Freedom RV in Tucson last August for the purpose of having a sleeping/hangout quarters in our backyard while we remodeled the interior of our home (painting, flooring, kitchen, baths, the works). All done now and ready to part with the RV. Included is a new, unopened RV Queen memory foam mattress and a matching quilted, fitted mattress cover in the original packaging.
