2002, 36 ft Fleetwood Southwind with 2 slides and Driver’s door, runs and drives great. No mechanical issues and has been well taken care of--everything works on it. RV has 2 roof AC units, and Onan generator. Large full kitchen has gas stove/oven, convection oven/microwave, and large 4-door refrigerator. Dining table/booth and sofa turn into beds. Queen size bed in back with new mattress. Bathroom has stand-up shower, sink area, and separate water closet. There are 2 large wardrobes and plenty of drawers. Roof resealed (lifetime warranty) in 2019.

Exterior paint is flaking off the rear cap. Rest of paint and decals look good.
