2017 Winnebago Grand Tour is in excellent condition inside and out. Diesel 450 ISL Cummins engine built on the V-Ride axle sitting on a side radiator Freightliner Maxum Chassis XC Series. It has an “UltraSteer” steering tag axle that is fully integrated to allow tighter turning radius’s with ease and helps breaking especially while towing with control and precise maneuvering in all driving conditions. Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with overdrive, and Onan 10k diesel generator. It has two mega slides in the living room creating a large home like feel and two slides in the bedroom / bathroom. All tires replaced one year ago as well as house batteries replaced

A transferable extended warranty with zero copay or deductible is included.

Three air handlers for air conditioning and heat (when choosing not to use the AquaHot for heat that runs on diesel)

All of the furniture inside is Villa brand and beautiful- cream colored with dark brown piping.

This coach has never been smoked in and hardly cooked in, and it’s like new inside.

Captains chair and cocaptains chair both recline and have heat and massage via remotes so when stationary they turn around for additional seating.

Large sofa has recline with armrests as well as seatbelts while in transit for passengers but while stationary the armrests flip up and create a beautiful and comfortable sofa, there is also a very nice ottoman with storage that stows under the dining table while in transit.

Wood extendable dining table has two extra chairs that are stowed next to the table in a cabinet.

Wall safe for valuables and more shelves for storage. The dining table benches have storage underneath them as well as an abundance of storage above the sofa and table.

We are the second owners of this coach and have owned it one year. The original owners kept it in a climate controlled garage. No peeling or chipping or fading paint. We feel this coach has the best floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and watching TV where everyone can view it from every seat.

Touchscreen panel in the hallway that controls the slides, aqua hot, heating and air conditioning, lighting and electric shades, etc.

Frefly buttons throughout the coach to manually open and shut the electric shades and turn on and off the lights.

Power reels for hose and shore power cord.

Full passage slide underneath that pulls out from either side.

We will take care of the transferring of the warranty. It is a great warranty with ZERO deductible or copay. As long as they are licensed.

ALL appliances, electronics/ electrical, engine, generator, Aqua Hot etc is included - there is also a special warranty where the tires are included under certain circumstances which was an additional plan we purchased.

Tires were just replaced a year ago as well as the house batteries.

We are very happy with this coach and will regret letting it go but a recent career change doesn’t allow us to travel like we planned. The coach is located at our property in the Roseburg Oregon area.
