Excellent condition. Fifth wheel is currently in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Used for 5 weekends with wife and daughter. Way too many great features to mention. I recommend the Brinkley website to learn. I have owned many fifth wheels and the Brinkley brand is by far the best designed and value. Work is not allowing me enough time to enjoy it!
