LED lighting inside, heated holding tanks,really too much to list see the pictures there’s an invoice to read more of what’s included, fifth wheel has been kept in RV barn, so there is no oxidation. TV in bedroom has CD player so does TV in living room, selling because it’s just sitting here. I’m not using it. There is really nothing wrong with it. It’s an awesome trailer. I think I’ve used it about six or seven times since I bought it new. I haven’t packed up my belongings inside because I may still use it before it sells. It’s garaged under a metal RV barn so the paint and the roof are in excellent new condition as a matter of fact, I just had the paint recently professionally waxed. I will consider all offers that are reasonable.
