**Front Cap**

Converted to triple bunk configuration with three beds, upgraded shelving, additional lighting, and bookcase installation (replacing second bathroom door).

**Toy Hauler Area**

Custom desk and queen bed on HappiJac system (step stool required). Includes foam mat flooring, area rug, dresser, and washer/dryer unit. Can still be used as a toy hauler with 10' garage.

**Living Area**

Custom enlarged dining table, laminate flooring throughout (carpet removed), curtains replacing stock valances.
