5-1-25 HAD THIS RV THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BY A CERTIFIED MECHANIC. IT IS IN GREAT RUNNING CONDITION.

6/20 - purchased all new tires;

6/20 - replaced all necessary plumbing lines, complete roof seal, new house batteries, new roof top AC;

7/20 - replaced engine (cab) AC as well as both fan belts;

9/20 - replaced parking break cable assembly, wheel cylinders & brake pads on all rear tires. Serviced rear axle assembly.

10/20 - major tune up; replaced spark plugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor, fuel filter & air filter;

5/21 - rebuilt generator, complete servicing, put in new kitchen drawers;

6/21 AC belt & starter replaced;

9/21 All new front brake calipers, brake lines and pads.

Original manual and all receipts will be given to new owner.

Reason we are selling: we got a pull behind unit in 2022 or we would still be using this solid built RV. It is much better built than anything on the market now!! This unit was put in storage in 2022. It was taken out and driven every few months to keep it in good working condition. I have finally convinced my husband to sell it.
