2011 Fun Finder by Cruiser travel trailer, off-grid ready, clean title! 21’9” length x 7.6 width , 3,760 lbs dry weight, 30 amp,  2-160 watt solar panels mounted on roof, new 2200 watt inverter, 3 lithium batteries (100 amp hours ea.), new converter, updated suspension in 2018, 2021 installed new Goodyear Endurance tires, within past year greased wheel bearings, electric brakes, anode recently replaced, water heater (electric/propane) replaced, all faucets have been replaced, outside shower replaced, water pump replaced, original fridge with stainless front works great, new porcelain toilet, new bathroom fan and sink, brand new memory foam queen mattress never been slept on, manual jack replaced, updated interior paint, 12 volt ac that can run on batteries alone all night with battery charge to spare, 2-30 lb propane bottles, dimmable LED puck lights throughout, aluminum framing in rv, tinted windows and blackout curtains added to several windows, large pass through storage in the front and another storage near back, spare tire, new fire extinguisher (mounted), new propane/carbon monoxide detector, new smoke alarm, adjustable height table that can be used for eating, a night stand or for working on the road, 2 year old manual Fiamma awning works great but has some small tears along one side (you could replace fabric if desired), furnace doesn’t work an we used a small space heater, gray tank will leak from the very top onto ground if overfilled. Roof meticulously maintained, checking seals yearly. Recently replaced some soft spots on roof with high quality materials and is strong and water tight. No water damage to interior.
