Like New NEVER USED. Bought for wife who passed away after purchase. It never seemed right to use it without her. This model is perfect for empty-nesters or small families. It has a full bathroom with linen closet. The 17R has tons more storage than the 17BH! It sleeps 3 (or 4 with small children). We purchased tons of extras for the maiden voyage and nearly everything is still brand new in boxes.
