Here is what we did - we installed new carpets, new linoleum, reupholstered the dinette, a new refrigerator that cost $1200.00, we resealed roof and gave it four new tires.

In the motor compartment, the motor and trans were serviced with new fluids and filters. The radiator was re-cored. We installed new batteries and terminals with new cables and new plugs. So this is a really great running RV that has just had a complete motor tune up. The AC runs COLD, and if you want a shade, we can install it before you pick it up. I will add whatever it costs us - like $800, and we'll install it free.

This RV looks and runs great but its mission for us was not to be driven but be an extra office in the back of our one-acre classic car restoration facility, so we did not put on any miles. I removed the center couch and installed a desk as shown in the photos. You may want to keep it that way. If not, I will re-install the couch.
