I am the second owner.  The first owner purchased this from Parris RV in Utah, owned it for a few weeks, and brought it back and traded it in for a larger RV.  I purchased it, and when I received it, it still had all the plastic on the furniture and mattresses, being essentially brand new.  I have used it a few times with my family, but otherwise have not used it over the last year.  I bought it cash and own it outright with title in hand.
