Has always been under cover! Is solar wired for off grid. Under belly set up for cold weather. It was taken out three times, a total of about 6 1/2 weeks. In excellent condition. Upgraded refrigerator, upgraded stove, theater seats with heat, light, and massage. Heater electric fireplace. Includes all the hook ups needed to start taking it out! Water heater upgrade, gas or electric. Has a KING KOP4800 One Pro Premium Satellite TV Antenna, Two Dish hopper receivers that have never been activated, portable washing machine never used.
