Maintained with care and lots of custom extras. I have owned this RV for 4 years now. It is a spacious and comfortable RV with a lot of sleeping space: king size bed, drop down roomy queen bed over the cab, couch that converts to a bed, plus the dinette also makes into a bed. The couch is perfect for lounging and has straight-on view of the TV. Plenty of room for a group to gather at dinette, on couch, and at cab chairs, with all seats having access to a table for a meal or game. Both TVs have a surround sound bar.

Kitchen is well-laid out with 4 usable gas burners (glass cover when not in use), overhead microwave, oven, big sink with custom chopping block cover, lots of counter space and storage. BIG fridge and pantry with custom sliding drawers store a lot of food and treats. Plenty of room for clothes and toys with the large closet and drawers, overhead storage above bed, plus a custom-installed floor to ceiling cabinet for even more storage!

I added high-quality useful options such as a 200W solar panel, several 12v & USB outlets in convenient locations, additional large storage cabinets that match trim, new Advent extra-quiet AC unit, several small swing-up tables at seating areas, easy access to under-dinette storage, wheel covers, Jack pads and much more.

All the chairs/couches have slip covers so the original finishes are in beautiful condition. The king bed has a 2” memory foam.
