Needs some TLC, roof starting to peal, AC worked last it was run. Tires good and holding 50 PSI (one tire is new on it and a new spare tire on the back), ready to move. Rear door has some damage from storage (someone hit it) only affected the door itself, it was not a break in and no one has ever lived in this travel trailer. Water Pump / AC / Fridge all worked, it has not been used in 1-2 years. It has been stored outside in Parker, az. There is no odor or bad smell, the interior is nicely appointed.
