I bought the motorhome from the original owner kept it stored in a fully enclosed storage unit. We have always stored it under a shaded RV carport. The paint is in excellent condition.
I had a new engine, catalytic converter, and torque converter installed. The engine is covered by a Ford Motor Company warranty until 12/29/2026. I have all receipts and warranty paperwork. I was not willing to sell a motorhome that I would not be willing to jump into and travel across the USA. Therefore, I also had two slide mechanisms repaired and replaced the AC unit because these items were not working at 100% as intended. That cost me $3,800. I have the receipts. All total I spent $28,000. The speedometer reads 48, 500+ miles. The engine and everything other new part has fewer than 200 miles on them. As you can see, this is a very good deal for the buyer.
Over the years, I added heavy-duty anti-sway bars, both front and rear. This really helps when driving through heavy side winds. I added led lighting in the otherwise dark pantry. I also added roof vent covers. These are nice because you can drive with your roof vents open in mild weather. They are also nice when you are camping during a rainstorm because you can open the vents and use their exhaust fans without worrying about any rain coming into your motorhome. This is handy when cooking. We have been very meticulous about maintenance, i.e.. regular cleaning and waxing. You have access to the bedroom, bathroom, and refrigerator while driving.
