I am the second owner of this 25 foot prism. I purchased it from a neighbor in Jan 2020.

It has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. It has many upgrades and has been serviced regularly.

Service & Maintenance include:

-An oil change and trans service was just completed.

-Within the last year and 8,000 miles, the brake fluid has been flushed, rear differential fluid changed, coolant fluid drained and refilled, and the fuel filter has been replaced

-All six tires were replaced in September 2022 at 27,114 miles. Tread depth now is F-10 mm and R-8 mm.

-Brake pads are now F-12 mm and R-13 mm.

Upgrades include:

-The house batteries were replaced in 2022 with two 100 AH Battle Born Lithium batteries with a Victron Smart Shunt to enable smart phone monitoring. This extends the time between required battery charging if dry camping.

-There are WeatherTech floor mats in the cab as well as WeatherTech sunshades for the cab windows.

-Exterior cab window cover

-Sumo Springs and Koni Shocks have been added to improve handling.

-Driver and passenger seats recovered in vinyl

-Stinger HEIGH10” infotainment screen installed in instrument panel

-Replaced chassis battery in October 2022

-The factory dinette was replaced with a custom 72” long couch that folds down into a bed

-A TST brand Tire Monitoring System with Flow-Thru Sensors has been added

-Furion 24” outdoor TV and Stereo added

-Interior there is a 24” Supersonic DC powered TV

-The electric awning material and the slide-out topper material was replaced with Tough Top Vinyl in May 2024

-The rear bumper has been powder coated

-Two scissor jacks are welded to the frame to provide stabilization while parked
