Description
Like-new Mirada 29-foot class A motorhome with many nice upgrades!
It is superclean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we need a 20k towing capacity, so we have to replace it with a super C.
All of the Ford F53 chassis upgrades/improvements have been completed. It rides and handles better than a new RV. We just finished extensive urethane soundproofing. At 65mph and below, you cannot hear the engine!
Don't overpay for someone's problem child trade-in at an RV dealership. You and I know it will instantly need repairs and has not been upgraded or meticulously cared for.
This amazing model has the RARE outdoor kitchen (Frig., Sink, LP hookup for stove/grill)!
Since it is 29ft long it can access all of the national parks and most Harvest Host sites!
It has many great desired factory options and after-market improvements.

Power drop down bunk (over cab)
15k BTU AC and Heat pump front unit

Recent repairs:

Door gas strut was replaced.
LP Water heater control board upgraded to new HD model
One of the Lippert Slim Rails was upgraded with a new heavy-duty rod end mount. (7) more rail mounts will be included with the RV sale (not installed). If you are unfamiliar with this common rail failure, here is the video showing the part and installation. https://youtu.be/qWJOrGu3Sws
When parked, the RV is plugged into 50amp shore power to maintain a 50-78 degree internal temperature. I also run a self-draining dehumidifier that keeps the humidity level below 40%.
Open to trade (plus cash) for a diesel super C (nexus Ghost) or diesel toy hauler that can tow 10k plus.
