Description
From RV Pro survey: "Newmar has been a leader in the RV industry since 1968. Many times the winner for the best quality and highest resale value. Folks my vintage/refurbished coach is out of storage now and ready to show. Please stop asking if I still have it as I get many of these and I respond each time. When sold the ad will be deleted that day. Moving on, my RV tech, when asked, knowing that I had the drive train gone over from bumper to bumper, said he would list it for $25,000, and you can talk to him if wanted. So my asking price is truly low because I am just not traveling anymore. Moving on again, I wanted a classic Newmar for the well-built construction and that they are still in business with helpful staff to turn to along with the Ford techs. The coach is on a a Ford F53 chassis made for just RVs. In 2018 I purchased RV in AZ and in MN I stored coach inside for winter. With the passing of my spouse in 2019 I havent used the coach much in 6 years mostly trips to enjoy Ely. MN. This Newmar Mountain Aire with an over-powered Ford 460 V8 & the important Banks powerhouse and new transmission, less than 21,000 miles makes this coach travel ready. The Granning Air-Glide suspension with new air bags make for a smooth ride. All 8-tires have less than 3,000 miles, same with water pump, fuel pump, water lines, F&R brakes & Interstate batteries. All repairs & updates are verifiable. The front end, generator & engine all serviced before storing. RV is 100% and ready to make memories. The rooftop felt weak after purchase at F&R so I replaced with ¾ inch plywood, rubber top layer, molding and sealant for the entire roof along with four coatings of heat reflective RV paint & updated the antenna & security system. The construction photos show RV fully insulated against hot or cold weather. Extra large awning over entrance and additional awnings over every window. The two heat pumps for air/fan/heat are ducked in ceiling & floor & the electric water heater provide rare use of propane water heater or furnace. The 50 amp connection is required for running the 2 heat pumps. Emergency electrical comes from the solar panel system, generator and coach batteries. Interior is excellent with a super-slide. Kitchen includes real-wood cabinets, 3-burner range/hood, microwave/convection unit & FS refrigerator/freezer, 2 sinks, ample counter space, 6 gallon electric hot and filtered water system, 2 fire extinguishers, large pantry & 2-seat dinette. The front has exterior sun-screen window covers, $420 alone, auxiliary fans throughout, above dash backup camera, cruise, tilt wheel, power drivers seat, power mirrors, and in-dash stereo/CD/Bluetooth/MP3 that plays throughout W bedroom shut-off. A manual slide-out fireplace and one couch sleep 2 and the other sleep 1. 2 flat screens & DVD players & Roku. The front one has theater surround sound. 2 dehumidifiers, 4 HD jacks, car tow, 3 folding chairs, extra ceiling & courtesy lights. New inside RV shades & smoke & LP Gas detectors & electric step. All tinted windows W awnings, hitch & sure-stop braking. Shower with Skylight & large sink & mirrored vanity. Queen bed with new mattress and storage underside, 4 closets & cabinets & garment closets. Two 50/G tanks for gray & black water, 56/G fresh, 75/G gas that's full, & large storage bins. Not to overlook unit was loaded with extra features by the origional owner at purchase. I have all the munuals from Newmar and Ford also . This is a crazy low price compared to the money I put into it, nearly $26,000, knowing I would never recover. But I was not going to sell the couch either. I wanted a reliable refurbished coach that would be welcomed at all RV parks.
Thanks for the interest.
