In great condition. New slide out motor, new tires (2022) always covered (covers included), new sky light, new roof seal coating, all windows re sealed with silicone, fully furnished, remodeled interior with custom blackout blinds, table and chairs, all cookware and towels, linens, etc included, load leveling hitch included, more.Need some exterior work as seen in pics but ready to go! All appliances work. Water pump and tank good. Black tank valve is new. Passenger side rear corner needs to be fixed as seen in last pic. I tapped my camper shell stand the other day and it needs to be screwed in. Also the window in front of the sink has a busted tab. Awning has been replaced in last 2 years. Batteries good
