2019 Jayco Eagle HT 284BHOK. Garage kept and used on a regular basis. Has not sat for extended periods and only exposed to sun and weather when it was out being used. Rv is in very good condition and has a lot of years/miles left in it. We created a dog kennel under the bunk in the storage area that is big enough for a large dog and it is easily removable if not needed. I washed and cleaned the RV after every trip. Theater seats need to be reupholstered. Replacing the seats with residential furniture is an option as well. Tires are about a year old and the hubs were greased at the same time. Never had a blow out or a flat. We replaced the TV with a 4k, DVD player and a soundbar. Everything works as it should. Includes the equalizer hitch with 2 1/2 receiver bar.
