Our TT was purchased from an Insurance company that was supposed to have had water damage in bathroom due to the toilet. No water damage was found. The weak spot in the floor was in front of the bathroom sink where a lot of traffic stands which created a soft spot but not from any water. 
The floor has been repaired where soft spot was with better than new with many more pictures and video to show repairs on work. 

The RV has been fully inspected and registered with tags with a rebuilt Texas Blue title.
