If it is listed it is still available. 2018 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 44B - Class A Motor coach. After looking at a ton of floor plans available and meticulously sifting through which chassis is the best for the money we selected this coach and are very very happy with it. When the living / kitchen slide out are out there is the most amount of room. It is great for entertaining and not feeling cramped. By far the best floor plan. The rear closet in behind the back bathroom has a set of bunk beds that can be folded up if necessary for a closet. These bunk beds provided a great space for kids or grandkids when they visit. Having a bathroom right outside is very convenient for night time bathroom trips. This Coach has always been stored inside and was washed and waxed at destination arrival and when returned home. I have meticulously taken care of this unit always making sure that all systems were attended to. New house and engine batteries. New tires all the way around. Extremely clean coach. The entire audio system throughout has been upgraded to Sonos with a full surround sound system in the living area. This unit has a residential fridge and not the typical RV fridge. Underneath there is an additional cooler / freezer with pull out storage racks. The central vacuum ensures that cleanups are easy. The toilets are full height and have macerators connected to each to ensure that the black tank stays clean and no odors throughout while in use. No rips or tears in any fabrics. RV awning material has been upgraded from the factory cheap fabric. The onboard generator allows all the ac units and electronics to work while running down the road. The coach drives straight down the road and doesn't pull. It is big but once you drive it, it is very easy to maneuver and the full independent suspension on the chassis makes it really easy to make tight turns or back into any spot necessary. I have driven a lot of different vehicles and this is a dream. It is literally like riding down the road in a lazy boy recliner. With my work schedule, I just don't have time to use the coach like I had hoped. So I find myself going out and starting and washing it more than actually using it. My loss your gain. Why pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new unit when you can get a like new one. Once you see how clean this coach is you won't be dissapointed.
