Must see this jewel to believe. Very well maintained. Dry as a bone, no leaks ever. No rust. No frame or body damage. Everything works. A/C is freezing cold. Plumbing is clean. Furniture both stain and rip free.

Tires are new with no cracks. Counters and cabinets are dry and clean. Kept in a pole barn.

Floorplan is for couple or single person with dogs. NO BUNKS.

Queensize bedroom in back quarters. Fold out couch in den.

Slide outs work fine. Awning works fine and in great shape.

I keep her tires wet, appliances juiced and a/c going about twice a month. Currently, she lives in a pole barn (as she always has) on family property in Forsyth, GA. Periodically, I spend the night in her as a "get away".

How nice is she? You could easily live in her for an extended period of time.

She weighs in at 11k which means you will need at least a 2500 truck with a 5th wheel (horse trailer) set-up to pull her.

An F150 will NOT handle her.

It has a Trailair brand towing package.

She pulls down the road just fine with zero issues.
