1996 Tioga (by Fleetwood) Montara Class C Bunkhouse RV, in Long Beach, CA. This is a 29 ft Tioga Class C motorhome. Runs and drives great with E350 super Duty, triton v-10. Low miles 64,194. The engine and transmission runs great.

-Well maintained, very clean.

-There are four bunks in the rear, a dinette to have meals or relax at which also conveniently folds down into a bed, convertible (futon) couch and queen sized bed over driver's area means you can comfortably take the whole crew with you on your next adventure! The RV will sleep 8 adults comfortably but up to 11 with kids. Excellent vehicle for comfort.

-Microwave, electric refrigerator/freezer and Galley kitchen with 3 burner LP gas stove and oven, full-size double sink, A/C, external shower, external radio and outlets.

-There is a single AC unit, propane water heater and a propane forced air furnace. Shower is separate from the bathroom.

-Roof was sealed in the summer of 2023

- New automatic awning with LED light strip.

-Motorhome has plenty of interior and exterior storage.

-There is a 4.0 KW Onan generator with low hours on it but it doesn’t work, and needs a new carburetor.

-There are no slide outs and no leveling jacks.

-The outside is faded.
