Houghton 15 k AC/Heat will absolutely keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. JC Refrigeration 12 volt after market fridge/freezer works incredibly well keeping fridge cold and freezer freezing. (No more relying on the old ammonia system to stay cool!!).
