2021 North Trail 29BHP; $28K OBO

In excellent condition, 0 issues, and ready for more adventures. Only reason we’re selling is we bought something slightly bigger to live in while we wait for a new house to be built.

All servicing up to date: roof resealed, bearing/brakes serviced, all appliances serviced and new Goodyear Endurance tires (including spare) all completed last summer.

Things we’ve modified/added to make it more comfortable:

-Added a second A/C (stays comfortable inside regardless of how hot it is outside)

-Upgraded to a residential mattress

- Switched to a Suburban tankless water heater (endless hot water/no waiting between showers)

-Switched the cooktop in the outdoor kitchen out for a Blackstone griddle

- Replaced battery with 2 golf cart batteries

- Switched to 2-30lb propane tanks

-Added slide awning topper
