Only modification: shelving adding to closet by Professional Cabinet Maker, shelves are removable to service Alde System or to return to original design. Well maintained and cared for. I have operated and towed this trailer by myself, nothing has ever gone wrong, nothing has needed to be repaired.

Honest Disclosure: 1: exterior decals show some wear, some peeling. 2: a few long scuff marks (not scratches) due to too close to tree branches on exterior (door side) of trailer - I have been told by auto detailer that they can be buffed out.

3: slight dip in Bamboo flooring between closet and refrigerator this has been examined by a Nucamp Representative and confirmed it does not need repair or replacing.

The reason I am selling - down sizing to smaller trailer and tow vehicle.
