I have owned this 38 foot RV for 3 years and this camper has served me well. No issues, everything works, and brand new tires. Furniture has wear and there are blemishes on the interior from the previous owner, but it is extremely low miles (less than 3k) and priced to sell. Comes with a 2 year old ventless residential LG combo washer dryer unit installed works perfectly (purchased new from Home Depot). More photos available if requested.
