Priced to Sell! Super clean inside and out, covered year round (hence why it looks so good and not shaggy looking), runs great and all works perfectly. Perfect size as well, because this size is allowed to every state park, and allowed to every regular camp site as well, anything bigger and you may not be allowed to some state parks or some regular campsites. Unfortunately have to sell because we're likely moving. But it was the best time we had with our kids without dropping thousands on every getaway. $60 a night at campsites with all the comforts of home and walk to ocean :)

We only did trips to beach camping, unplugged with no screen time allowed, and kids loved running around and "glamping" with easy in and quick and easy getaways out (no setting up or breaking down tents, just clean when you get home), and comfortable sleeping every night for all ages :)

Runs excellent, super well maintained and regular oil changes, 2.5 years of detailed maintenance records, July 2024 full new inspection and brand new house battery installed, fully smogged and registered through December 2024, just an awesome rig we're bummed to have to part with. No leaks, newly resealed joints on the roof for regular maintenance, no water damage, AC works, heater works, fridge and freezer work, etc etc, call and ask away for anything else.

Hopefully the next family gets to enjoy it as much as we did!
