Description
Beautiful remodeled white and modern pop-up camper - everything works!
Well-loved but in great condition. Interior has been fully remodeled with vinyl wood plank flooring, white painted cabinets, recovered cushions, LEDs, and updated curtains. I've kept up with maintenance, camped in it annually, and upgraded the electrical system. All systems work great, but my kids are getting older and have less time to camp all together, let alone bring their friends, so I'm getting something smaller.
If you haven't experienced a Pop-up, it is a great way to camp up off the ground but still feel as though you are outside. The windows are big and have clear panels or can be unzipped to screens to fully enjoy the outside. It has a slide out to help keep the space feeling open. Because it folds down it’s easy to tow and better on gas mileage too.
Sleeps plenty with 2 queen beds, and a convertible dinette full bed. Also contains a heater, mini fridge (3 way so it runs off battery, propane, or shore power), sink, a cassette toilet that is really easy to use without a dump station, and an indoor and outdoor shower - great for muddy feet or a full wash. There is an enormous front storage box accessible on top or from either side with a slide out once popped up. The under dinette benches have outdoor access hatches, I used one for loading clothes and one for firewood before trips without having to open it up. Includes a propane tank, 23 gal freshwater tank, and a hot water heater that we never used.
Tires have about 300 miles on them and have a full sized spare never used, and 2 Deep cycle batteries - newest is 1.5 yrs old, both kept in garage on trickle chargers. Additional USB ports and cigarette lighter power outlet for charging set up on on/off switch for phone and auxiliary charging. All new electrical wiring from battery and new converter power center upgrade to support. Popup gizmo super high wind covers that can stay on all the time when packing up (bought new) for bunk ends make big difference in keeping them cool in summer and reflecting in heat in shoulder seasons. Bunk fan and lights x2. Eternabond tape on all roof edges and caulking maintained regularly. Bearings done last year. Large tube mounted on tongue to hold large rug. Side table and rack attach to side of camper to corral things. Pole connects under bunk end when set up to hang towels etc.
