Purchased new. We lived in it for 11 months while building our home. Prior to and after it's been stored in an enclosed shop. We installed a washer and dryer. it also comes with over 100 ft of 50A power cord with a couple of reels that can be mounted in the pass through storage. Also has a Winegard router. The hitch is available if needed. Has three AC units. Like new condition. Recently inspected by independent inspectors.
