This RV was bought brand new in Dec 2022 and we are the only owner. We lived in this camper for ONLY 7 MONTHS. We love this camper but are no longer in need of this size camper. We have made some little changes to the interior by taking out the bunk room fold out couch and replacing it with built in bunk beds. Don't Worry, no screws were put into the slide walls and we still have the original fold out couch if you want it. We also took the dining bench out and replaced it with a table and chairs to make more room. We do not have the dining bench anymore. Also the master mattress in the photos does not come with the RV. The camper has been parked under an awning for the past 6 months plugged into power. The camper worked great for our family. We are just in a new stage of life and are not in need of this size anymore.

This RV has two A/C units one in the master and the other in the living area. The living area A/C also has a built in electric heater! It also has the auto leveling feature to make things easier during set up! The water tanks do have an electric heater. The water heater for the shower is also electric or gas.
