This van was professionally built in 2021 by Freedom Vango (https://www.freedomvango.com/baloo/) and has been lightly used since (~9,000 miles). It was designed to be an off-road ready, solar powered, fully independent, 4-season camper for two people. The AWD powertrain, lifted suspension, tunable air shocks, front winch, and all-terrain tires make it ideal for getting to remote places. The outdoor heated shower, indoor sink, refrigeration, ample counter space, swiveling driver and passenger seats, gasoline powered heater, and Wrappon toilet make it a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking or backcountry skiing.

The house electrical system is built mostly on Victron components and marine grade wiring, with four 100 Ah BattleBorn batteries w/ heater, 400 W of LG solar panels, and a 3000w inverter. In addition to solar, there is a DC/DC charger that pulls off the alternator when the engine is running and an external port for shore power.

My wife and I are both tall (6'3" and 5'10"), and this van sleeps comfortably thanks to the window popouts on both sides of the adjustable-height bed. It also provides comfortable standing height for us, even wearing boots. The medium wheelbase on this vehicle means that despite having every amenity you could imagine and generous interior space, it fits in a normal parking space.

No expense was spared in the design and build of this van. It is truly a uniquely well-appointed, well-designed build, and every component was professionally installed.
