Purchased new in 2019, garaged when not in use. Excellent condition!! Only used in the summertime. We are looking to sell our 2019 Luxe Gold 5th wheel because my wife and I just purchased a new coach. This 5th wheel has been absolutely wonderful- in fact it's a bit hard to part ways. The living area in this RV is huge! There is an island with a double sink, dishwasher, residential size fridge with ice maker, fire place, bar/coffee bar area, dinette, the softest leather furniture you have ever felt, on-demand water heater, king size bed, generator and three TVs (2 inside, 1 out) just to name my favorite features. Storage is really important when you are away from home and this RV has more storage than some houses. There are numerous "attic" cabinets up above and a large sliding "basement" below. For anyone wanting to sleep more than 2 people in this RV I would recommend using an inflatable queen mattress in the living room. Alternatively you could replace one of the pieces of furniture with a pull out couch but the air mattress works great for our grandkids. Please message me with any questions you may have.
