Has two high capacity RV batteries, large fresh water storage tank, 4K generator if needed (Only needed for A/C to work off grid), etc.

Includes portable gas grill and all primary things needed to camp/RV. (30 AMP power cord, 50 amp and 110 v adapters, water line with filter, dump hose with attachments, etc.)

We drove it to Montreal, Canada from Virginia last year pulling a car with no issues. Va safety inspection good through September of 2024.
