This RV is in great shape and has been well taken care of! It is a perfect first RV, as it was for us, or great for someone wanting to make the jump to a class A! Most of the carpet has been replaced with new laminate flooring and is a huge plus, especially for a family with kids. I have all the manuals for all components on the RV and everything is in working order!
This 50Amp RV has a lot of great features. The dual electric and propane water heater heats up very quickly and provides ample hot water. Both roof top A/C units work great and cool the entire coach very well. There is a full queen size bed in the back, and ample room to set up a laptop at the desk area. The additional door on the driver side is a great feature as well and makes getting out at the gas station or backing up much easier. There is a color backup camera, GPS, Sirius XM, CD player and Bluetooth connection on the dash consol. It is also equipped with a roof top satellite dish just add your own DirecTV or Dish box! Both the 27 in TV in the rear, and the 32 in TV in the front work great and come with working Blue Ray players.
We are the 3rd owners and have kept it on our property, under a cover since we purchased it in 2020. We took it on a 6-week trip to see all the National Parks on the west coast and were able to really get to know this RV! We had it in Death Valley at 110 and the A/C units kept us very comfortable. In Yellowstone and Montana, it was 5 degrees and the dual heaters kept us very warm as well! We spent most of those 6 weeks dry camping and only 3 nights at RV parks. This rig is fully contained and handled that no problem!
