We bought new in November of 2023. We have used the RV 1 night in February here locally on Lake Lanier. We have not used it since and we dont have any plans for travel until football season. We have not been able to plan trips with our business being so busy. We at this point believe its best to try to list it for sale. We do not have to sell it. I can easily keep and eventually we will use it. The RV has had all the little punch out items taken care of by Camping World in Oakwood where we bought it. We have a loan with MT Bank and we are listing it slightly below what we owe. We are willing to lose a little in the sale. Whoever buys it will have to understand the loan with MT bank will have to be assumed by the buyer or have to be paid off by the buyer. Please do not ask if we have the title. The title is with MT Bank. We have sold a camper before in the same manner. The buyer pays MT direct and when the title comes in we will forward it to the buyer. You will have a bill of sale. We are local people and this is no scam listing so please only contact us if you are okay understanding that there is a payoff needing to be made.

This is a very good RV. Well made and very popular. IT is hard to find a used/NEW basically RV for what we are listing it for. The warranty is still in effect and the miles are very low because we have not used it.

The RV is stored on our property in Dawsonville and plugged in to service at all times.

We are well aware of the scammers out there. Please do not contact with "Im out of state and or in the military on a base somewhere and i want it shipped and all the other stuff".

If you are a resale company understand that the sale price is what we are asking so no low ball offers.

This is a great chance to purchase last years model from an individual and not have to pay lot fees, dealer cost , prep fees ect
