This beautiful 2022 Grand Design 150 280RS fifth wheel trailer is only a couple of years old and lightly used. The layout is very functional and the decor is neutral. It has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. It is set up for entertaining and relaxing in comfy (heated and vibrating!) recliners. The kitchen area has a large fridge with an energy saving feature for using solar energy and a kitchen island, microwave, standard RV range and large and deep sink with roll up draining rack. The dining table has two chairs and a padded bench with extra storage. The serving bar has lots of storage above and below. An extra fridge and tv outside come in handy. The trailer has an instant hot water heating system. The bathroom has a skylight in the shower that allows for head-space for taller people. There is a pocket door for the bedroom, and a lighted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. The queen mattress was upgraded to Tempur-Pedic and black out shades throughout the trailer make for great sleep! The heating and cooling system is easy to use, and a powered vent in the roof makes is quick and easy to operate. Powered awning is great. The unit is loaded with outlets and usb charging in convienient locations. Two LionEnergy Lithium batteries are included for storing energy from the solar panel, along with a Surge Guard and extra plugs for locations with differing connections. A rack on the back was added to carry a generator, which is available for sale separately, as is the BW FifthWheel hitch, after the trailer is sold. The trailer has been kept with shades closed and a heater and dehumidifier operating 24/7.
