This RV has been well kept and maintained. We have 3 kids who have outgrown this size floorpan, which is why we are selling. The sale will include all basic camping necessities needed (grill, power cords, hoses, blocks, chemicals to care for the unit, etc) as well as E2 weight distribution hitch with sway control. I just cleaned and UV protected the roof.

This is an excellent starter RV to get your family outdoors! We have thoroughly loved this RV and the memories made. The only modification we made was removing the U-shaped dinette in exchange for a sleeper sofa. We found that we appreciated the sofa space more than the table because we were often eating outside anyway. It comes with 2 tables to use if you want to eat while sitting on the couch. It is lightweight and pulls very well with minimal sway. It is a perfect size for state and national parks. This unit was purchased new and we have been the only owners.
