We sell our beloved 2020 Rockwood HW277. This pop-up camper is not your usual pop-up. It’s a fully equipped camper that’s easy to tow. It has a 15,000BTU low profile A/C unit, 20,000 BTU furnace for cold nights, 3-way fridge (12V, gas or electric), microwave, gas oven, 3-burner stove, shower and toilet(never used), double sink with hot water boiler. The best of all, we think, it has an outdoor kitchen that slides out so you can enjoy outdoor cooking to its fullest. A small sink, double burner and outdoor grill make your time outside unforgettable. It sleeps 6 people on a king size, queen size bed (heated mattresses included!) and a foldable dining area. The dinette has room for up to 6 people. You can zip open the entire camper to enjoy a stunning 360 degree view. I installed a second battery and a second propane gas tank to be even more off grid. It has all hookups you need also: City water, sewer, power (30AMP) etc. super easy to setup with an electric crank and so many other extras. The full size awning with LED strip makes you want to enjoy the outdoors even more. It has a Bluetooth sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. I am telling you: this is not a small pop-up trailer. It’s has EVERYTHING you need and it folds in have to make it easy to tow and to store. It’s absolutely awesome. It has been an outstanding camper for us as a family of 3. My son absolutely loves it and we are only selling it to make room for a regular travel trailer. It has some minor dings and scratches in the interior from traveling and setting up, but everything is perfectly operational and functional. It has been stored inside of a garage and it will be transferred with a permanent trailer license, so you only pay registration once and there won’t be any renewal fees after. Please only serious inquiries. We’re happy to sell it to responsible buyers but we don’t have to. Still up to create more memories in this fantastic trailer.
