Ford engine is very reliable with very low mileage. Generator, air conditioners, refrigerator, pumps, slide outs, shower, and everything else works great. Very livable layout with huge bathroom. Swivel captain chairs with two slide outs create a roomy living room that can comfortably seat 8. No need to extend slide outs for sleeping, which is nice when traveling or where slide outs are not permitted. Regularly maintained, with current registration and smog test. Exterior is sun weathered and needs a good polish and new decals and tires
