This is a well maintained older RV in very good condition. I have owned since 2020 and have replaced the awning, all 6 tires, coach and truck batteries. The Onan Generator has been serviced yearly and starts without effort. The Ford Engine E350 V10 engine has been serviced regularly. I flat tow a 2008 manual shift Toyota Yaris ( for sale separately) behind this RV easily. Full rear bathroom, 38 gallon black water tank and 38 gallon grey water tank. Large exterior storage compartment, manual awning, manual stabilizers.

I have replaced the outdated window coverings with upper valance and pull shades, as well as replaced the dinette bench cushions, and covered the driver passenger seats with Dickie seat covers. Dinette and bedside lighting has also been upgraded. There is a 4 inch memory foam mattress cover on top of the standard RV mattress. Comes with the RoadMaster Non Binding Tow bar, chains, and electrical cord. I am also including motor bike rack with loading ramp, which I used for my E-bike. Double 4 inch hitch.
