Description
We enjoyed living in this RV for 1.5 years! Now we're ready to take on our next adventure, and we won’t be able to take this beauty with us.
Extensive remodel in 2023! Spacious, hardwood flooring, lots of little storage spaces, new AC.
Asking cash or seller financing. Title and registration in hand. RV is ready for travel or to live in with new owners. While lightweight for its size, a ¾ Ton Truck is recommended for towing.
Let us know if you have any questions! Happy looking everyone! Blessings.

Previous owners' work:
- Brakes and tires were inspected and bearings greased, all are good
- Replaced the roof and all the vents, painted all the cabinets and walls

- New foot flusher toilet
- Added two 7-gallon propane tanks

Tasks that can be completed or to note:
- Need a strong truck to tow
- The awning has a bent arm and is not workable. We used a canopy outside the RV on warm days with the AC running.
- Waxing the outside of the RV
- New gas heater. We used electric oil heaters during winter time without issues staying warm on shore power.
- In process of removing any excess paint around edges or floors
- Gray floor needs a couple more tiles installed once once the RV is moved from its current spot. Will be done by our contractor at no cost to you!
