2024 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S

The trailer has been used only a few times. I was recently diagnosed with leukemia so have decided to sell it as we won’t be using it any more. It had been on the dealer lot only a couple of weeks when we bought it and we have stored it in our RV garage, so it has no weathering. It truly looks brand new. It has a full length queen bed and a dinette that makes into a bed. We were happy that we got the dinette instead of the theater seating as it is much more comfortable for eating and the table adds additional counter space. The extra bed also allowed another person to go with us. There is a lot of storage. More than we ever needed. It has factory installed solar. A 200 watt solar panel and a 1800 watt inverter. It is wired to add additional solar. It has a smart TV and a phone app that controls many items in the RV. It has AC, gas heat and a fireplace that is an electric heater.
