This is a 2023 Salem FSX 161QK travel trailer for sale only, no trades.

It has a dry weight of 3700lbs and a tongue weight of around 500lbs. It is under 24 foot and is very easily towed safely behind a half ton pick up truck. We towed it with a Ram 1500.

It sleeps 4 total with a queen bed in back bedroom and convertible dinette into a queen bed as well. Has central A/C with thermostat and furnace under the fridge. Has a 2 burner stove, microwave and a really comfortable seating area in the front. Bed comes with mattress and foam topper. Has a bathroom in the middle with toilet on one side and shower on the other. Shower has an upgraded showerhead.

It is 1 year old this month. It has spent 10 months stored inside a building out of the weather and 2 months collectively on camping trips. It was winterized after being used during the winter after each use.

It is in 9.9/10 shape everywhere. We keep it clean, clorox wiped everywhere often, no mold in fridge or nasty left over stuff. Tires look new. Has never been smoked in. Has never had any pets inside it as we do not have any. Everything works as it should, no leaks anywhere we can find from water lines, drains or roof either one.

It comes with drinking water hose, septic hose, power cord, leveling blocks, external waste water tank that mounts to the back, spare tire, 2 year old weight distribution hitch with sway bars. Has a brand new 12v battery.

Only reason we are selling is we don't have as much time to use it as we'd like.
