This coach is practically brand new, always kept in Covered Storage. We have the Title in Hand and have only used as a family coach have only taken 3 trips with it and it gets excellent gas mileage. The Outlaw 38MB, a Class A Toyhauler has a very spacious layout and very simple to setup camp or breakdown. It has a 10' garage area with 4 D Rings in the floor to strap to, has screen doors and the ramp door becomes a patio with an awning. It has 4 Queen beds, dream dinette, and a comfortable sofa, which let's out to a bed as well. Heater (in the floor) and 2 overhead AC units in the main cabin, plus an additional AC unit in the garage. The garage has a drop down Queen bunk, plus a Happy-Jack sofa system, that converts to a Queen size bed. It has its own TV & Radio in the garage as well. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, closet and plenty of drawers & cabinets for storage and a pocket door for privacy.
Travel is very easy with 100gals fresh water, and 40 gal grey & 40 gal black tanks. A very spacious bathroom with a big shower that has a domed skylight for extra height. 3 Max-Air Vents to keep air circulating thru the unit better during storage. It has a Convection/Microwave, a 2 eye Induction Elec. & 2 eye Gas Stove. This RV is built for boondocking and tailgating, with lights in the awnings & a TV w/Bluetooth Soundbar outside. It is a must see to appreciate. Plus you are getting an RV that is brand new and already has had its shake down voyages so it is ready to travel. It includes a transferable Extended Warranty.
