This trailer is in great condition, with everything working. We are the original owners. We stayed in it while we were working out of town, but it's only been towed about 700 miles. 170 watt solar panel with Interstate batteries, two large propane tanks, electric fireplace, 12 cubic feet dual-fuel refrigerator, dual-fuel hot water heater, 2 recliners, couch with heated/reclining seats, two tv's, king size bed, two remote-control vent fans, outside shower, and auto-leveling jacks. We are including a tripod fifth wheel stabilizer, a 50-amp surge protecter, a 50-amp electric cord, and a 30-to-50 amp adapter. The trailer is currently in Redding, California.
