This is an RV that is ready to go, especially if you are disabled and want to drive yourself. I am paralyzed from the chest down so I set this coach up so that I can drive and operate every feature. The price has been set to reflect the extra items that you will need to add to any other coach currently being advertised.

The RV can be driven by able bodied people as well.

Set up with tie down rails in dinette area for securing power wheelchairs.

34 inches deep x 46 inches wide. 40 inches between the tie down rails. each rail has 4 through bolts securing them to the floor.

Sofa bed is 69 inches long. We had slip covers made for the cushions with Newmar fabric that matches. Wet dog proof! lol

Tires are very good thread depth and are Michelin.

A service and safety check was done in March at our local Ford dealer (Ford F53 chassis / Newmar build). Oil change and fluids etc

Onan generator runs off of the fuel tank and has 62 hours. Serviced in March

Issues= two of the shades are intermittent and might need adjusting or possibly new motor tubes. Not a big deal.

The drivers door has a couple of paint blisters near the bottom edge of the door frame.

The bed has a head lift and the foot of the bed raises for extra storage.
