Comes with everything pictured- electric hook up with converter for regular outlet, surge protector, hose with attachment and charcoal filter + new, unopened filter. Chalks, leveler pads for the legs if needed, doormat, wheel boot, and mattress pad. Queen bed in the cabin with AC (more like a whole house fan- so no coolant or leaks but keeps the interior extremely cold. I’ve used it on the middle of the day during Florida summers with no issue). Brand new marine gel battery and all new fuses. Very light, about 850lbs- can be towed with car or compact SUV. Large stainless steel cargo bin attached to front for all of your camping needs. Sad to see her go but it is time.
