I have owned this RV for 3 years, the previous owner is also a local to Central Oregon and was well taken care of when I purchased. This bunkhouse RV has been well-loved by myself and my children. This RV is easy to handle/drive, is well cared for, clean, and is perfect for a family of 2-6 who wants to go on adventures. Engine starts right up, alignment is good, RV has self leveler that works well when parked, 2 pop outs open smoothly, stove and oven and microwave all work and are very clean, and it has a hitch for a bike rack!

The bunk area is a great spot for traveling with kids. The lower bunk converts into a couch, kids have access to their own TV for movies or gaming systems and they also have their own music. The beds are also long and roomie so they can fit their toys and etc.

1 memory foam queen (not a typical RV bed very comfy): sleeps 2

1 double-size bed above driver area: (very clean)- sleeps 2

**Couch can sleep 2 if needed

**Table that can be turned into a small bed can sleep 2 small children if needed

RV has 3 TVs with DVD and cable options- largest in living area that swings out, small one in bunk area, and small one with built in DVD in bedroom

Recent oil change last 30 miles and RV inspection by Garner RV

Tires in good condition checked by Les Schwab

Plumbing checked for leaks during last winterization when new water pump was installed

Main issues: The front awning is missing due to a tree branch fall that ripped the fabric. I have side framework if you want to fix it yourself. The back rear right lights are not working as of 3 months ago.maybe fuse or broken lightbulb. I do not know how to fix so I did not try.
